Traditional Liposuction: SAL
Used by most cosmetic surgeons as the SOLE Method of Liposuction. Used by the Accetta Institute only for large amounts of fat removal, that is more than 2 liters.

Power Assisted Liposuction: PAL
This method aids the surgeon to more easily remove excess amounts of fat. Up to 3-7 liters or more. This method employs a moving tip to the end of the suction cannula which increases the efficiency of fat removal.
Ultrasonic Assisted Liposuction: UAL – Vaser,®
This method is an exciting breakthrough regarding liposuction / liposculpture. Vaser® produces an “Intelligent” sound wave which breaks down (liquefies) fat, but saves blood vessels and nerves. This benefits healing time and the aesthetic outcome tremendously.
